As used in this Privacy Policy, “you” or “your” refers to an individual who accesses or is a user of the Services.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you can choose not to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time-to-time and the Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time consistent with the applicable privacy laws.     1. Sources of Collection. We collect, process, and use information about you when you:

      • register for the Services;
      • interact with the Services;
      • access the Services through an account maintained by a Third Party Service (as defined below);
      • install and/or access the Services through our application(s), including our browser extension;
      • use the Services to integrate and create actions or commands between various third party services (the “Third Party Services”);

      • respond to a survey or poll; and
      • submit or provide us with the information directly.

      When you have installed our browser extension, or when you interact with the Services online, we may also automatically collect information about you and your use of the Services through the use of location-identifying technologies and other tracking technologies.

      • identifiers that you provide us directly, such as your first and last name, and email address;
      • identifiers collected through your use of the Services, such as unique online or device identifiers, IP addresses, and device or session IDs;
      • login credentials for each Third Party Service that you integrate;
      • login credentials for any Third Party Service that you use to access the Services;
      • information or content transferred from one Third Party Service to another Third Party Service;
      • commercial information about you, such as websites visited and searched from the Services; and
      • inferences drawn about you and your likely preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes from any information we collect about you.
  3. **Use of Information We Collect.**We use the information we collect about you for the business and commercial purposes set forth below.

    1. To Manage Your Company User Account. We may use the information we collect about you to: (i) process your registration for the Services, including verifying whether your email address is active and valid, and enrolling you into the Services; (ii) process your requests; (iii) send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; (iv) reply to your questions, comments, and requests; and (v) manage your Services user account (“Account”) and interaction preferences.
    2. To Personalize and Improve the Services. We may use the information we collect about you to create a profile of your preferences to personalize and tailor Services content so that it is more likely to be of interest to you.
    3. To Provide You Marketing Information. We may use the information we collect about you to provide you more personalized offers, special offers, discounts, and general information about the Services via email and other direct communications. You can manage these communications in accordance with the “Your Choices” section below.
    4. To Protect You, Others, and our Business.     6. To Administer Contests, Sweepstakes, Surveys, Polls, and Promotions. From time to time, the Company may invite you to enter various contests, sweepstakes, surveys, polls, and promotions. If you choose to participate in a contest or promotion, your personal information may be used to administer the contest, such as to determine your eligibility for the contest or to award a prize. If you choose to participate in a survey or poll, the feedback you submit will be aggregated and deidentified to provide us insight on business and collaboration trends.

We may share the information we collect about you as necessary with our third party service providers (which may include Company affiliates) who perform various business operations, solely for our benefit or on our behalf, under our instructions and in compliance with appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized use, retention, or disclosure.
    2. Disclosure for Legal Purposes. We may share the information we collect about you, to the extent permitted by applicable law: (i) in response to subpoenas or other legal processes or if, in our good faith opinion, such disclosure is required or permitted by law without a specific disclosure; (ii) at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; (iii) to enforce our terms and conditions or other policies applicable to the Services; and (iv) to protect the rights, property, life, health, security and safety of the Company or any third party.

    1. Updating Account Information. We encourage you to maintain the accuracy of the information you submit to us. You may provide Account updates by logging into your Account and updating your information in the settings.
    2. Communication Preferences. You may unsubscribe or opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, by using the unsubscribe link on the footer of our marketing emails or by ****contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below. ****Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we may continue to send you non-marketing emails and other types of communications, as permitted by law, such as service emails relating to our ongoing business relationship.
    3. Data Collection. You may in some cases have the option to decline providing us information. However, your choice to not provide information may impact your use of certain features or functions of the Services.
    4. Extension. When using our browser extension, you may turn off certain notifications via the settings of the browser extension. You can prospectively stop all collection of information by our browser extension by uninstalling our browser extension. As the browser extension permits data about your online behavior on that browser to be collected when installed, even without interaction, it must be uninstalled to withdraw your consent to this data collection. In some instances, you can opt out of certain data collection by updating your settings within the browser extension settings.
  6. Third Party Services. The Services contain links to and integrations with Third Party Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such Third Party Services and we make no representations regarding the policies or business practices of any such Third Party Services.

  7. California Residents. If you are a California resident, you may (i) obtain certain information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and/or (ii) at any time opt out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or request that we discontinue providing any of your personal information to unaffiliated third parties, in each case by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that if you decide to opt out of receiving marketing communications or request that we discontinue providing your personal information, your change in preference will only affect future contacts; if the information already has been provided to third parties, they may continue to use it.

  8. Children. The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18, and no one under the age of 18 may provide any information to the Company in connection with the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information to the Company in connection with the Services, or use or interact with the Services in any way. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under age 18, please contact us in accordance with the “Contact Us” Section below.

  9. Cookie Policy. We use cookies to collect and store certain information when you use, access or interact with the Services. Cookies are small data file identifiers that are transferred to your computer or mobile web browser that allow us to recognize your browser or device and transfer information about you and your use of the Services. You may control the use of cookies at the browser level. If you choose to disable cookies, it will prevent your use of certain features or functions of the Services.

  10. Data Security. We take reasonable measures designed to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although the Company uses reasonable efforts to help protect your information, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and the Company cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Services. Except as otherwise set forth under applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access, or other causes beyond our control.

  11. Retention of Data. We may retain information about you for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 3. Some of your information may be retained in our systems even after you request your information to be deleted in order to comply with our obligations under applicable law, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, enforce our legal rights, otherwise use internally in a lawful manner that is reasonably aligned with the expectations of the user or compatible with the context in which the information was provided, and to undertake any investigations necessitated by the foregoing.
